i work in the lagos state motor vehicle adminstration agency. when i did my last promotion interview in 2007 which result came out in 2008,i was told that though i passed,there is no vacancy in the post i am going,so i would have 2 wait for another year and a letter was written by the civil service commission to be given 2 me by Agency.when the letter was given 2 me,i refused 2 collect it,telling the conveyer who happens to be my friend that the letter i would collect from him would be only promotion letter for i know my life is programmed for forward and upward movement.he tried 2 persuade me 2,but i refused.i came 2 church the following sunday giving thanks for my promotion,and immediately i felt at peace.first i thought the non vacancy was an act of God,but His spirit tell me to say it out,and i said by the following week,i am going to our headquaters 2 collect my letter of promotion,to my surprise,on monday morning i was called by the same person who broke the news that there is no vacancy,that my promotion letter is ready for collection.praise God
